Q: Why should I get a website?
A: Why not...? In today's climate of doing things quickly and as cheaply as possible, people would rather use the internet to find out as much as they can about a business or product, before actually going out and physically interacting. Not having a website is closing doors to potential business.
Q: What is web hosting?
A: Every website on the internet today exists on a computer somewhere around the world. Web hosting is the process of actually renting a computer on which your website will reside and also registering your website's name. This is the basic requirement of any website today.
Q: How do I get email?
A: With every web hosting package you get when purchasing from us a website, you also get email addresses with your desired domain name. E.g. firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: I don't know anything about websites, help!
A: No need to worry. We know quite a lot. We will help you at every step and even handle some on your behalf.
Q: How do I get my website on Google and other search engines?
A: All the websites we design are search engine optimised, thus enabling them to be properly categorised and identified. We will further advice you on how to improve your website's ranking with our online marketing strategies.
Q: Why should I get custom software?
A: If an "off-the-shelf" solution that meets your needs exists, then acquire it. Though, this isn't always the case as every business doesn't necessarily share the same processes. Therefore, having software developed to suit your exact business needs, is the alternative solution.
Q: What happens after the software has been developed and LM2 is unreachable?
A: If by some unforeseen reason we can no longer continue to provide support or update your software, no need to worry. With every software solution, we will hand over all the technical documentation used to develop the software. This documentation is written following standards that developers generally adhere to, therefore any other developer can easily continue development of the solution at anytime.
Q: You talk of servers and databases which all sound quite expensive.
A: Truth be told, they are quite expensive. Though, we already have these servers and database systems, therefore, to reduce costs on your part, you can use ours.
Q: What happens after design work has been done for me and I have approved it?
A: We will provide you a website link to download all the resources used to develop the design work together with all the applicable formats.
Q: Who does the design belong to?
A: The final design work will by all legal purposes belong to you, all except for the un-approved samples.
Q: You have made a design for me, but now where do I print?
A: Through our partners, we/you will get your designs printed to your desired specifications.
